EV Rods, LLC is a specialized engineering studio based in Long Beach, California. We exist to solve the unique dynamic and weight-distribution challenges of modern, high-torque, heavy-payload electric platforms. Digital-First Engineering & OEM Precision

As a proud SEMA member, we do not rely on guesswork or generic measurements. Our suspension architecture is developed using a strict dual-validation process. First, we utilize proprietary, 3D chassis scanning to reverse-engineer our custom mounting components (as visualized here). We then cross-reference and validate those geometries against restricted OEM CAD data provided directly by Ford through the SEMA Tech Transfer program. This ensures millimeter-perfect factory fitment before we ever begin fine-tuning the kinematics for high-performance ride dynamics.
